Vancouver General Hospital (VGH)

VGH is the largest, most specialized hospital in BC and the number-one adult health care referral centre. Nearly half the patients come from outside Metro Vancouver for advanced treatments that are only available here.

UBC Hospital

UBC Hospital offers specialized treatment for non-life-threatening emergencies and surgical care. Programs and services at UBC Hospital include urgent care, short-stay day surgery, diagnostic imaging services, extended care, bladder care, brain research, sleep disorders and a range of neurology clinics.

GF Strong Rehab Centre

GF Strong is the largest and most specialized rehabilitation centre for people in BC and the Yukon who have suffered spinal cord or brain injuries. Here, a renowned team of health care professionals deliver individually tailored care and treatment in five unique programs: Acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Arthritis, Neuromusculoskeletal and Adolescent and Young Adult.

Vancouver Community Health Services

Community Health Services is a division of Vancouver Coastal Health that delivers multifaceted health care to Vancouverites in their neighbourhoods. Medical experts provide a continuum of health care for all ages – newborns to elders – with an emphasis on health promotion, prevention as well as primary, secondary, rehabilitative and palliative care.

VCH Research Institute

VCH Research Institute is comprised of acclaimed doctors, scientists and researchers who are discovering new cures and treatments for many serious conditions and diseases. Their work is improving quality of life and changing how health care is delivered and received.
